Once you have decided to work with Project Editing Help, you will have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions applied while offering our services. The following terms and conditions will apply;

1. Services Offered

We guarantee that you will be provided with the most reliable, professional, and legitimate services. Our experts have been professionally trained which means that they have the ability to offer high-quality, professional, and outstanding services. Project Editing Help or our authorized retailers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of misusing our products or participating in academic fraud. We or our authorized retailers reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion under this policy.

2. Payment

Payment for all services made is made upfront. We also accept payment in installments (maximum of three installments). For orders paid in installments, please note that the final product is delivered after complete payment is made. The money is credited to our PayPal account but is transferred to the bank account once your work is complete and you have found it professional and accepted it.
You are requested to make full payment of the services rendered, failure to which the order shall not be touched until the payment is done. Project Editing Help shall not be responsible or answerable for the lateness of orders due to the failure of a client to pay on time.
Important: The use of any stolen credit cards is prohibited and is considered a serious and punishable crime. We closely cooperate with our payment processors to fight cyber-crime and we will report all the fraudulent orders to relevant State and Federal agencies.

3. Free Project Revision Policy

Free Revision is a courtesy service that we offer to help ensure your total approval of the completed order. We require of you as our client to provide your request for a revision within 30 days upon delivery. If your revision request falls under these guidelines, we will readily revise your order to meet your initial requirements free of charge. The instructions must not be changed from the original order to comply with our revision policy. After the said deadline, it shall be assumed that you are satisfied with your order and will no longer be eligible for the free revision courtesy service. In the case that you missed the policy deadline, you have a choice to have your order revised for a small variance fee.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund if the work delivered has significant grammar or spelling errors or clearly does not follow the initial instructions and description provided while placing the order. Otherwise, all sales are final.

5. Time Limit and Delivery

Once you have entrusted your work to us, you also provide us with the period within which you want your work completed. The approximated time will always be observed without fail. The work will be delivered by email. Delivery time will be based on the deadline paid for (with the minimum being within six hours). The clock for delivery starts at the time the order is successfully accepted and paid for at one of our authorized retailers. We cannot be accountable for incomplete work in case you inquire about your order before the time you had initially given. We can also work with less time than initially ordered but an additional fee will apply. Please note we cannot and will not be held legally responsible for any type of delivery issue to any client as a result of issues such as spam filters, incorrect email, the lack of Internet access, or simply general abandon.

6. Expert’s Right to Refuse an Order

Every expert handling an order requires all the necessary details and information to provide reliable and excellent services. In case the details that you have provided will not make it possible for your work to meet the required standards, then the writer entrusted your work has the right to reject your work as it will be difficult to handle.

7. Client’s Right to Reject the Work Done

Once your work has been completed, you are requested to go through it and determine whether it has been done appropriately. If you are not satisfied with the work, you have the right to claim for a revision but should have clear and solid reasons for doing so. You should not alter the initial instructions or the submitted work else, we shall not revise your work as we shall consider that you tampered with what our experts had done. When revisiting your work, we do not charge for the service. In case you still find your work inappropriate even after the revision, you are free to demand a refund.

8. Confidentiality Guarantee

We fully acknowledge that your work is confidential and is not availed to any third-party. As such, we do not share our previous work done for other clients or we put any content under any kind of exposure. Our experts have to accept the confidentiality agreement which means that they will under no circumstances expose your content to a third party.

9. Copyright Restrictions

All the products and services that we offer are original. By using our service, you acknowledge that any product delivered to you is to be used for research and study assistance or guidance purposes only. The firm shall not be held liable for the misuse of the product and any direct or indirect damages arising from the improper use of products or services provided.

By completing your order and making your payment, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions listed on this page and abide by the binding agreement herein. You also acknowledge that you will receive no additional warranty or guarantee beyond the above-mentioned policies, terms, and conditions of your academic assistance products or services.
  2. We do not and cannot guarantee that the editing, proofreading, and formatting services requested for papers not done by us will be plagiarism-free. Papers that are not originally written by us will not be scanned neither shall we be liable for their originality. We shall not refund any amount in the event that an edited, proofread, or formatted paper is considered to be plagiarized. If you need correction of plagiarism, we offer such a service at an affordable fee. An originality report is provided along with the corrected paper.
  3. Your project remains your intellectual property and you have all the copyrights after we deliver the work. We keep the work for a period of one month in our database after which it is permanently deleted. Be sure to keep a back-up of your project since we cannot avail it after one month upon delivery.
