With us, you actually set your own deadline! We assign the order immediately after receiving your payment and ensure that it is completed within the set deadline. For example, if you place an order at 7.00 P.M. on Tuesday with an urgency of 24 hours, you will receive your custom paper by 7.00 P.M. on Wednesday, the next day. Please make sure to upload all the required documents while placing your order. If additional instructions are added after a writer has already started on the paper, your deadline may be adjusted accordingly. However, we will inform you in case of any changes.

13. How will I receive my paper?

As soon as the editing desk finishes reviewing your paper, we will send it via email. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam/ junk folder for the delivery email.

14. What should I do if I don’t receive my paper by the deadline?

Kindly contact us immediately on our customer support live-chat, on the message board, or send us an email to [email protected]. Our support staff will carefully review your order and revert within 10 minutes. There are several reasons why you may not receive your paper by the deadline. For example, the email address provided may be wrong or our messages or the delivery email may have gone to your spam/junk folder. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox and spam/ junk folder because we may be waiting for your reply and cannot continue working on the order without your clarification.

15. What if I am not satisfied with my custom paper?

We offer unlimited revisions for a period of one month upon delivery if the instructions are not changed. If you would like to make any changes or edits to your paper, contact our support team and provide them with additional comments and directions. If your work requires significant editing that contradicts the original instructions, you will be asked to pay a rewriting fee, which will be calculated according to the complexity of the work. If you miss the free one-month review window, we will charge a small variance fee for the changes requested.
